The primary goal of Swedish massage is to promote relaxation, improve circulation, and relieve muscle tension. Swedish massage is known for its gentle and soothing nature, making it a great choice for those seeking stress relief and overall relaxation.

Deep Tissue/Trigger Point | 60 min $120 | 90 min $180 |

Focuses on targeting the deeper layers of muscles and connective tissues. Unlike Swedish massage, which primarily uses gentle and flowing strokes, deep tissue massage involves applying firm pressure and slower, more intense movements to reach the underlying muscles. The main goal of deep tissue massage is to alleviate chronic muscle tension, knots, and adhesions (bands of painful, rigid tissue). It can be particularly beneficial for individuals with chronic pain, muscle injuries, or postural problems. Deep tissue massage may cause some discomfort or soreness during the session, but it should not be painful. Our skilled CMT’s will communicate with you during the session about your comfort level to ensure the pressure is appropriate for you. After the massage, it is common to experience some soreness, but this will subside within a day or two, leaving you with improved muscle mobility and reduced pain.

Lymphatic Drainage | 60 min $120 |

This is a specialized massage technique that focuses on stimulating the lymphatic system. During a lymphatic drainage session, our trained therapist uses gentle, rhythmic strokes and light pressure to encourage the flow of lymph fluid throughout the body. The strokes typically follow the natural direction of lymphatic flow, which is towards the heart. This helps to remove any blockages or congestion in the lymphatic system and promotes the proper functioning of the immune system. Lymphatic drainage massage can have several benefits, including reducing swelling and edema, improving circulation, boosting the immune system, and promoting relaxation.

A prenatal massage is specialized and designed for expectant mothers during pregnancy. It focuses on addressing the unique physical and emotional changes that occur during pregnancy, providing relief from common discomforts such as back pain, swollen feet, and stress.
